The Food and Beverage Production lab has two sections:Production Kitchen and Bakery &Confectionery Section. With modern equipment, both sections showcase intensive culinary training.
Here the students are offered an excellent chance to gain perfect knowledge of restaurant operation. Our simulation area resembles a star-rated restaurant, air-conditioned with high-end seating arrangements. It has a mock bar set up as well.
Students can learn all aspects of housekeeping & guest room management by participating in the housekeeping lab. The lab is equipped with the equipment and guest supplies such as chemicals, linens, etc. which are needed for accommodation up keeping & related jobs.
Our front office is designed to resemble the look of a star hotel reception and lobby area including world time clocks, GRE desks, computer plus modern connectivity with the internet and other features.
With our regular hotel management programs, we train our students to acquire English, Hindi, and French language skills, which are necessary to work in hotels, restaurant, and the service industry as a whole.
Training for bartending, vegetable carving and personality development are provided free of charge along with regular hotel management programs.
